Seamless Tubes Movable Badminton Uprights 2.5mm Thickness For Gym

1. Movable badminton uprights consist of bases, posts and locking devices.

2. Two posts are made of seamless tubes in spec. of Φ 38 × 2.5 mm. Net hangers are erected on the posts to hang the net. A rope attaching pole is erected on external surface of one post while a ratchet wheel and pawl wire tension mechanism is mounted on the other. With efficient locking, the ratchet wheel and pawl wire tension mechanism is flexible and no clamping stagnation or automatic loose will occur. By adjusting the lock handle, you may adjust level of strain upon the rope for ensuring sufficient tension and achieving a desirable height of 1550 mm.

3. Once the net was in tension, the posts shall be always stably perpendicular to the floor, tolerance of such perpendicularity between center line of the post and the plane shall not excess 1/500, no part of the net post shall appear in the space outlined by perpendicular lines of court inner edge.

4. The base is made of casting. An antiskid and anti-vibration pad is mounted underneath the base to enhance its stability.

5. PU casters are erected on its bottom to be convenient for moving and to avoid any damage to the floor.

6. The posts will be treated firstly by means of derusting and phosphorization etc and then plastic sprayed through automatic spray lines. The base will be treated by means of baking finish, which makes it shiny and smooth. There are no defects like paint stripping, miss painting and crimple etc on painting layer.
