Length of arm (according to the actual height of arena) , make sure the upper edge of rim is 3.05m far away from the ground , double main beams adopt 120×80×5mm square tube profiles , fixed beam and column for connection adopt 300*10mm high quality steel plate , into a U shape structure, match with structure of arena top , all U shape workpiece fixed by chemical bolted , two arms adopt 75×50×5mm square tube profiles , basketball rack use security anti-dropping device to ensure protection athletes from injury , all steel artifacts are to be galvanized by high-temperature heat treatment for their surfaces , after primary treatment of pickling and phosphate , electrostatic epoxy powder coating will complete the final surface treatment , coating thickness 70-80um , pencil hardness 3H + , tests by GB1771-91 salt spray for 36hours , no change in coating film , single side corrosion at cross-cut should less than 2mm , with features of acid , heat-resistant , anti-aging , good-looking and ect , adapt to acid rain and humid environment , also product coating formulations is not including toxic elements,avoiding damage to the health of users . Moreover the weight of per basketball backstop is about 700kg , impact resistance 250kg , requires the basketball rack beam to connect with concrete beams of arena or columns of arena closely ;

Basketball backstop board specifications:

180×105×1.4cm(L*W*H) , equipped with International high-strength safety glass backboard (14mm double-laminated glass) , with features of high transparency , good weather resistance , anti-aging , corrosion-resistant , no easy to blur and ect , also under the boards along , covered with a protective ring , make sure the height of the front -rear surfaces and thickness are more than 20mm , the thickness of the bottom surface is more than 50mm , in line with FIBA rules  , also can protect athletes from injury when dunk effectively , the elasticity of backboard is 500N / 1m , center deflection ≤6 , backboard can recover after 1 min when the rebounding force canceled ;
