Installation method

Surface treatment

Surface of all steel products are treated by acid pickling,phosphatization,rust cleaning,unoiling and other kind of primary treatment,then treated by final surface treatment by using automobile special advanced environment-friendly lacquer in the paint shop .Coating thickness is up to 7080um and pencil hardness is up to 3H.Products have acid resistance,hot-wet resistance,no color and other advantages,adapting humid coastal climate and coating formulation is free from toxic elements for avoiding hurting health of users.
